How long will my project take?

Our goal is to complete your project quickly while maintaining our high quality standards.

Using our tested and efficient website process, we will aim to finish your website within 3-4 weeks of starting the project.

How do I know I will like the design?

After getting to know your style and preferences, we will create a sketch design for your website. The sketch is exactly how the website will look online before it is built.

You will then have the opportunity to review the sketch. We will take your feedback and make adjustments/edits until you LOVE the sketch.

Then we will build out the sketch online so you know exactly how your website will look before it is live.

(We will make a short video for you going over the sketch, as well as send you a PDF image of each page of the website to review)

Can you help me get my website to show up on Google?

Yes. We use strategic keywords as well as H1, H2 Google headlines so your website will index on Google searches.

We also offer our clients monthly Google SEO plans after the website is complete to improve your Google Rank over the long-term.

How much does a new website cost?

We offer professional websites to meet your needs starting at $3000 including taxes.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We are flexible on payments and can offer a payment plan breaking up the website cost into two or three payments. Each payment Is due in 30 day intervals.

How much effort is required from the business owner?

We understand you are busy running a business and taking care of your own clients. Our goal is to make the website process as effortless as possible for you.

Usually 2 – 3 phone calls are required throughout the process, as well as a few emails to get some basic information about your business for the content of the website.

How much does it cost to maintain the site after it’s built?

We want to make you have the support you need after your website is built. All of our website projects come with 1 year free site maintenance so you never need to worry about you website. (There are no additional monthly costs)

After 1 year, we have a Website Maintenance plan that is $49/month. This ensure your website security is up-to-date, the website is loading fast and that everything is displaying correctly.

Can I make changes to the website in the future?

Yes. We are always here for you after your project is complete. We don’t charge our clients for basic changes such as adding new pictures to your photo gallery or adding new testimonials.

If you need to make bigger design changes as your business evolves we offer an hourly rate or can give you a quote for the changes/additions you need.

Can we work together if we live in different cities?

Yes. We have worked with numerous clients all over the country using phone and email. We can also do Zoom calls if you prefer.

How do I start my project?

Starting your project is easy. Simply reach out to us and we can set up a call to give you more information and answer any questions you may have.

We will then send you a Proposal for your project with all of the details. If you would like to move forward with your project, we accept a deposit for your first website payment.

After receiving the deposit we will schedule a call to get some more information and start designing the website sketch.
